ComfortWear.pk ("we", "us") runs the online store at https://comfortwear.pk. We sell intimate wear, so we treat your privacy with particular care. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
In short
We only collect what we need to deliver your order and help you.
We never sell your data, and never share what you bought with anyone except the courier delivering it.
Parcels are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Information we collect
Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional), the items ordered and payment method.
Account details (if you register): username, email and an encrypted password.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, including size measurements you share for fitting help.
Reviews and comments you choose to post, shown with the name you provide.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 5).
Online card or wallet payments, when available, are handled by the payment provider (JazzCash). We never see or store your card or wallet PIN.
2. How we use it
To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to process exchanges and refunds.
To reply to your questions and give sizing advice.
To prevent fraud and fake Cash on Delivery orders.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To send offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email only if you agree. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or messaging us.
3. Who we share it with
Courier companies, who receive only your name, phone, address and parcel value so they can deliver and collect COD.
Payment providers (bank / JazzCash), only for payments and refunds you make through them.
Service providers who host our website or provide analytics (see section 5), under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, if required by Pakistani law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never disclose the contents of your order to anyone other than the courier handling it.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, exchanges, accounting and legal obligations (normally up to 5 years). Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your account and messages sooner, unless we must keep an order record by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your cart and login working and protect forms against misuse. The site can't work without them.
Analytics and advertising cookies may be used: Google Analytics, to see which pages are popular, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, to measure our ads. These record pages visited and actions such as adding to cart, not your name or address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may then stop working.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored in hashed form, and admin access is restricted. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
See the personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Stop receiving marketing messages.

8. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
