Most sizing issues come down to two numbers: your band and your cup. Here's how to measure both at home in under two minutes.
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust, keeping it level all the way around. Round to the nearest whole number.
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, tape parallel to the floor. Subtract your band measurement from this number — the difference in inches gives your cup size.
| Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
|---|---|
| 1" | A |
| 2" | B |
| 3" | C |
| 4" | D |
| 5" | DD / E |
| Band (in) | Band Size | Bust Range for B Cup (in) |
|---|---|---|
| 28-29 | 32 | 34-35 |
| 30-31 | 34 | 36-37 |
| 32-33 | 36 | 38-39 |
| 34-35 | 38 | 40-41 |
For other cup sizes at the same band, add or subtract 1" from the bust range per cup letter.
| Size | Waist (in) | Hips (in) |
