These terms apply to every purchase from ComfortWear.pk through https://comfortwear.pk, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by phone, WhatsApp or email, or dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we can't verify the order. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund.
Please give a correct phone number and complete address. Repeatedly refused or unreachable COD orders may lead to future orders needing advance payment.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you order.
Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order won't change.
Payment is by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer, and by JazzCash where offered.
4. Products, sizes and colours
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and some photos are for illustration.
Please check our Size Guide before ordering; we're happy to advise on WhatsApp. Wrong sizes can be exchanged under our exchange policy.
Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Exchanges, returns and refunds
Unworn items with tags may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery, except hygiene items, as set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy. This does not affect your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law for faulty goods.
7. Reviews and comments
Reviews and comments must be honest and relate to your own experience. We may refuse or remove content that is offensive, unlawful, spam or unrelated. By posting, you allow us to display it on our website.
8. Use of the website
All text, photos, logos and designs belong to ComfortWear.pk or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
You must not misuse the site: no automated scraping, attempts to break security, or fake orders.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying products as described and for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Except where the law doesn't allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. We always try to resolve problems directly first, so please contact us.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
